Build the world
you want to
live in.

CoDNX is a small team building infrastructure that doesn't exist yet. We're looking for photographers and writers who are serious about their craft, genuinely curious about the world, and ready to do work that ships — not just work that's submitted.

We're building something that doesn't have a template.

CoDNX is a global network connecting traveling professionals and local experts through co-living homes and venue partnerships. Our creative team is the connective tissue — documenting what's real, writing what's true, and building the visual and editorial language that makes the network legible to the world.

🌍
Radical Honesty

We say what we mean, including in job postings. No corporate performance.

🔄
Reciprocity

Every relationship — with candidates, communities, and venues — is designed to go both ways.

🧭
Ownership

Interns are real contributors. Your work ships. Your name is on it.

🌱
Growth by Design

We build structure for learning into every role — not as an afterthought.

Open Positions

Both roles are part-time internships. Both are real jobs with real output. Both come with the structure, feedback, and access you need to grow fast.

Photography Intern

Tell the story of a world that moves.

📍 Remote / Co-living

You'll be embedded inside CoDNX co-living spaces and venue network events, building a body of documentary and editorial work that captures the texture of the nomadic community — not the highlight reel, but the real thing. Potluck dinners. Workshop ceilings. The hands that cook, teach, and create. This is an editorial photography role, not a social-media content mill.

✍️InternshipCreativePart-time · 20 hrs/wk

Content Creation Intern

Write the world into the network.

📍 Remote / Hybrid

CoDNX is building a media presence that reflects the depth of what we do — not polished PR fluff, but genuine stories about real people building real lives across borders. You'll write long-form features, interview community members, shape our editorial voice, and help us publish content that people actually read because it says something true. This is a writing role for someone who takes language seriously.

How we hire.

No take-home assignments. No trick questions. No ghosting. A straightforward process that respects your time.

01
Apply

Two-step application — who you are and a sample of your best work. No cover-letter theatre.

02
Review

Every application is read by a human within 10 business days. No algorithm scoring.

03
Conversation

A 30-minute call to learn about each other — not a test, a real conversation.

04
Offer

Clear terms, fair stipend, and an honest outline of what youll build together.

An honest note before you apply.

We're an early-stage network. That means your work will matter — and also that the structure around you will be incomplete. If you thrive in that kind of environment, this is worth your time. If you need a fully built system to do your best work, we're not there yet and we'd rather you know that now.

What we can promise: honest feedback, real output, and a team that cares about the same things you do.

Build the world you want to live in.
