Yes! You can create a parent "Whole Property" listing and link individual room listings to it. If the whole house is booked, the rooms are automatically blocked, and vice versa.
For stays longer than 28 days, guests are billed monthly. You receive the first month's payout 24 hours after check-in, and subsequent payouts every 30 days.
Hosts can report guests for violating house rules. Severe or repeated violations may result in the guest's removal from the platform and forfeiture of their security deposit.
Absolutely. You can set your booking requirements to only accept users who have completed the CoDNX identity verification process.
While not mandatory, having a dedicated, ergonomic workspace and high-speed internet significantly increases your appeal to the CoDNX community.
