We start with a 90-day pilot — no long contracts, no upfront fees. You experience the actual resident pipeline, see real occupancy data, and decide whether the partnership works for you.

Full partnership

After a successful pilot, we move to a full partnership agreement with co-marketing, platform integration, and dedicated account support. You become part of the infrastructure.
