If something on CoDNX is unsafe, inaccurate or unfair, tell us. A person reads every report.
In immediate danger? Contact your local emergency services first. This form is not monitored around the clock.
What are you reporting?
Give us the facts as you know them. You do not need to be certain, and you do not need to prove anything to report.
We confirm
A person confirms your report within 2 business days. Safety reports are read first.
We look into it
We review the listing, messages and anything you attached, and may ask others involved for details.
We act
This can be a warning, a listing removal or removal from the community.
We follow up
If you gave us an email address, we tell you the outcome where we can.
Before you report
Yes, the email is optional. Without it we cannot ask follow-up questions or tell you the outcome, so the report may be harder to act on.
We share only what is needed to look into the concern. We cannot promise the other person will never guess, but we do not tell them who reported them.
