Women's Retreat — Pachamama Farm Retreat, Montenegro Unleash the Inner Goddess Jul 19–25 · Oct 11–17 · 7 Days · From €695 per person The Stay This is not a wellness package. It's a homecoming. Set on a hectare of wild eco-farm land deep in the forested hills above Kotor Bay, Pachamama Farm is a 100-year-old stone house turned living sanctuary — a place built by hands, shaped by heart, and held by a community of women who know that the most powerful thing you can do is simply be yourself. The Women's Retreat is a 7-day journey designed to awaken your inner goddess through movement, ceremony, nature, and the rare, irreplaceable magic of a women's circle. Each day is a rhythm, not a timetable. Mornings begin with yoga or conscious movement on the outdoor deck as the mountains catch the early light. Days take you deep into Montenegro's wild beauty — hiking untouched forest trails to hidden waterfalls and secret beaches, plunging into crystal-clear Adriatic waters, wild swimming in the bay as a way of returning to your own natural rhythm, and gliding through the stunning Kotor Bay on a boat tour past ancient island churches and vivid blue sea caves. Evenings gather you back around the fire — in women's circles, cacao ceremonies followed by ecstatic dance, sound healing and gong bath sessions, and fire ceremonies held in the ancient stone gumno terrace where generations before you have sat, offered intentions to the flames, and let go. You'll leave lighter than you arrived. Different, somehow, in the best way. The mountains, the water, the women, and the land all conspire to remind you of who you were always meant to be. How It Works 1. Confirm availability first The Women's Retreat runs twice yearly — July and October. Spaces are intimate and limited. Contact the Pachamama team before booking to confirm your spot and discuss accommodation options. 2. Reserve with a deposit A 50% deposit confirms your dates. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival. Any extras (massage, etc.) are settled 5 days before check-in. 3. Choose your accommodation Pick from five distinct accommodation types — see full details below. All prices are per person for single occupancy; the team can advise on shared or double arrangements. 4. Getting there Fly into Tivat Airport (12 km) — the closest and most convenient option. Dubrovnik Airport (62 km) and Podgorica Airport (84 km) are also accessible. You can take a bus to Tivat, Kotor, or Budva and then a local taxi to the farm. Taxi contacts and directions are provided after booking. The farm sits at the end of a small dirt road in the quiet village of Ukropci — the moment you leave the main road and climb into the hillside, the world begins to fall away. 5. Check-in / Check-out Check-in from 14:00. Check-out before 12:00. Reception open 07:00–21:00. No curfew. 6. On arrival You'll be welcomed by hosts Pasha and Zoé and introduced to the community and your fellow retreat guests. The week's rhythm and activities are shared on arrival and can be adapted to the group's energy and needs. All meals are communal — a shared kitchen is available but individual cooking is not possible. What's Included — Every Day, Every Activity Accommodation — 7 nights in your chosen room type Daily Morning Movement — Yoga or conscious movement to ease the body into each day, led by the resident yoga instructor Women's Circles — Held throughout the week; a safe, held space to speak, be heard, and connect with the women around you in a way daily life rarely makes possible Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic Dance — Ceremonial-grade organic cacao from Guatemala, sourced through fair trade, opens the heart. What follows is ecstatic dance led by a DJ and facilitator — free movement, no choreography, just you and the music and what it unlocks. One of the most transformative and joyful evenings of the week. Sound Healing & Gong Bath — Lie back and let the vibrations of the gong carry you from analytical thinking into deep meditative stillness. A full-body experience that brings relaxation, release, and realization. Fire Ceremony — Held in the sacred gumno, the ancient circular Balkan threshing terrace on the farm. Light a fire, offer your intentions to the flames, and release what no longer serves you. A deeply healing, transformative ritual. Playful Workshops — Creative, joyful sessions woven through the week — movement, dance, art, and more, adapted to the group. Guided Hike to a Waterfall or Secret Beach — A 6 km trail through wild Montenegrin forest — past wild strawberry trees, open hilltops, and the sound of crickets — until the Adriatic appears below you in an impossible shade of blue. Hike time approximately 45 minutes to the beach. Swim, float, breathe. Boat Tour through Kotor Bay — Cruise the UNESCO-listed Bay of Kotor by boat: pass the iconic Our Lady of the Rocks church on its artificial island near Perast, swim in vivid blue sea caves, glide through the Verige Strait, and take in the dramatic mountains rising straight from the water. One of the most cinematically beautiful stretches of coastline in Europe. Wild Swimming — In the bay, at the waterfall, and at the secret beach. Swimming here is not a leisure activity — it's a practice. A return to natural rhythm. Ancient Kotor Old Town Sightseeing — Wander the medieval stone alleyways of one of Europe's most perfectly preserved fortified cities. Climb the fortress walls for panoramic views, visit ancient churches, sit in a square with a coffee, and feel the weight of centuries in every cobblestone. Introduction to Permaculture & Sustainable Living — A tour of the farm's permaculture garden: how the land is managed, how food grows, how Pachamama works toward self-sufficiency through solar energy, rainwater collection, composting, and conscious sourcing. All Meals: Vegetarian brunch and dinner daily, prepared fresh by the in-house chef using seasonal farm and locally sourced ingredients Fresh smoothies and snacks between meals Water, herbal tea, and homemade syrups throughout the day Fresh fruit always available What's Not Included Flights (see airports above) Airport transfer — taxi contacts provided after booking Massage: €70 standard · €56 when added at time of booking National park and sightseeing entrance tickets Food and drinks outside Pachamama (any spending goes directly to local family-run businesses) Accommodation Options & Rates All prices are per person for single occupancy. The retreat program is revitalizing, organized, and just plain fun. The food was almost all from the farm's garden and was prepared so beautifully each night. We were shown the hidden gems of Montenegro that only locals know about. If you're looking for a community-based retreat nestled in the mountains — look no further. I will be back." — Google Review Come as you are. Leave as who you were always meant to be.
