Located on Calle Guasacate in Popoyo — a stretch of Nicaraguan Pacific coast known for powerful, uncrowded waves — the property sits just 150 metres from the beach. The 16 private rooms (expanding) range from King suites with valley-view balconies and outdoor showers to Queen rooms with private patios. All come with AC, reliable WiFi, a personal work desk, and solar power — so your video calls don't drop when the grid does. Entry is keyless, which means no hunting for keys before a dawn paddle. The coworking space is the first and only one of its kind in Popoyo. Designed by digital nomads, it's stocked with ergonomic chairs, standing desks, 27-inch monitors, communal tables, bean bags, and four soundproof phone booths. It's fully air-conditioned, backed by multiple internet providers, and open 24 hours — because sometimes inspiration strikes at midnight. Guests have it included; day, week, and month passes are available for non-guests too. On the rooftop palapa, yoga unfolds against a 360° panorama of ocean, mountains, and jungle. The space hosts regular Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Pilates, Breathwork, and special workshops — the only hotel in Guasacate Beach offering daily classes. Below it, the pool and gym (squat rack, weights, bands, mats) round out the daily rhythm. Kooks Cafe runs seven days a week from 7:30am to 4pm, serving specialty coffee, fresh bowls, and legendary roasted-almond chocolate sea salt cookies. The community kitchen lets guests cook together, share meals, and trade stories — and motor bike rentals make it easy to explore the wider coast, hit more than ten surf breaks, or venture further afield. Waves & Wifi runs on solar power and partners with local recycling programs to keep plastic out of Nicaragua's rivers and ocean.
